Legendary French defender Mamadou Sakho has played his final match for Torpedo Kutaisi, featuring against Gareji.
Following the match, Sakho spoke to the club’s official website, expressing his gratitude and wishing the team continued success.
"When I joined Torpedo, I wanted to share my experience with the team. During my time here, my family has been in Georgia, my children attended school locally. I can only wish the very best to the club and my teammates. Thank you to the fans and to the club for everything", Sakho said.
During his time at Torpedo, Sakho made 19 appearances for the club. The club thanks the French defender for his contributions and dedication and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
