Georgian youth international Davit Bukia has signed for Torpedo Kutaisi.
The 20-year-old defender, who has represented Georgia at all youth levels, has agreed a 2+1-year contract with our club.
Last year, Bukia played in all five matches of the UEFA U21 European Championship qualifiers with Georgia’s U21 national team, scoring one goal. At club level, he made 78 appearances for Lokomotivi Tbilisi and scored 12 goals.
Torpedo’s new signing will travel to Cyprus to join the team’s training camp and begin preparations for the upcoming season.
