Torpedo Kutaisi will be represented by five players in the upcoming September international fixtures.
Team captain Vladimer Mamuchashvili has been called up to the Georgian national team as they begin preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. In the opening two rounds of the qualifying stage, Georgia will host Turkey and Bulgaria at home.
Aleko Basiladze has been called up to the Georgia U21 squad. The youth team will start the new European Championship qualifying cycle on 9 September at 20:00 against Northern Ireland at the Ramaz Shengelia Stadium in Kutaisi.
Two more young players, 16-year-old Luka Kuprava and 17-year-old Anri Chitanava, have been called up to the Georgia U19 team. The squad will hold a training camp in Tbilisi from 2 to 9 September, and will play friendly matches against Greece from 7 to 9 September.
The fifth Torpedo player is midfielder Sori Mane, who has been called up to the Guinea-Bissau national team. Guinea-Bissau will play two official World Cup qualifying matches in September, and Mane has been included in the squad for these fixtures.
