Torpedo Kutaisi are proud to announce the signing of 16-year-old defender Glib Katkov, a highly promising talent who has already gained international experience at the youth level.
Born in Ukraine, Katkov has been living in Georgia with his family since 2015. Recognized for his outstanding potential, he was offered Georgian citizenship in order to represent the country at the national team level.
Since 2022, Katkov has been developing his skills at Inter Academy before earning his first call-up to the Georgian youth national team in 2023. That same year, he featured in the UEFA Development Cup held in Yerevan.
