Torpedo's 18-year-old starlet Aleko Basiladze scored his National League debut goal.
He celebrated the goal with Torpedo's most loyal supporters and expressed his feelings at the post-match press conference:
"It is a special day for me. I've been a fan of Torpedo since I was a child; I've attended games, and today's first goal in the national league with this club's shirt is super emotional for me.
Over the years, I've witnessed "Jungles" who are always by the side of the team, rain or shine. I have a great deal of respect for them, and I wanted to commemorate this achievement right there at their stand.
I'd like to express my gratitude to Steve Keane, whom trusted me at such a critical time for the team. It meant so much to me. I am the happiest today."
